You must Apply and receive acceptance for this Program. Space is limited per term. *Georgia Postsecondary Authorized Program* PMU EYEBROW PROGRAM | 8 WEEKS | MONDAY-WEDNESDAY | PART-TIME | LIVE MODELS INCLUDED Book/Kits: $299 Application Fee: $150 Orientation Commitment : $1449 | This fee is subtracted from total Tuition. Total Tuition: $5449 The 128 Hours PMU Eyebrow Program fundamentals includes Live Model module and Testing placement for licensing. This program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and practical skills required to become proficient in permanent makeup eyebrow application. The curriculum includes theory, hands-on training, and an emphasis on safety and sanitation practices. Student will gain access to Ga DPH Body Artist testing and must obtain a passing score before moving onto the hands on portion. The commitment fee is due upon acceptance. *Remaining tuition must be completed by the selected payment method established in your enrollment agreement. Reminder: Click the FORMS tab after to complete your form which relates to your visit. -Late Fee : $25 after 10 Minutes -Saturday Rescheduling isn't permitted -Remainder balance is due in full at the time of Service. -APPOINTMENTS CANNOT BE RESCHEDULED WITHOUT 48 HOURS ADVANCE NOTICE....SAME DAY RESCHEDULING and/or RESCHEDULING WITHOUT 48hours will Require $150 and full fee retained (or YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED, RETAINER IS FORFEITED, and FUTURE APPOINTMENTS WONT BE PERMITTED) -Appointments are made online with deposit required and consent forms are required to be completed 48 hours before appointment. GRACE PERIOD IS 15 MINUTES...AFTER 15 MINUTES YOUR APPOINTMENT IS CANCELLED (NO CALL/NO SHOW CANNOT BOOK FUTURE APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT PAYING FULL SERVICE FEE UPFRONT) -CANCELLATIONS: ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT 48hrs PRIOR TO SERVICE DATE. Retainers are to be paid online using debit or credit. Retainers and/or class funds are non refundable *no exceptions Less than 48 hour notice : $150 + 50% of the remaining service Fee must be paid in order to reschedule or will automatically be charged per cancellation Appointment types cannot be changed once it has been scheduled. The unwanted appointment must be canceled and a new appointment must be scheduled with a new retainer. All rules will still apply to the unwanted appointment.
